Laying granite paving stones in patterns is not much different from traditional paving stones and oscillates between $ 160 and even $ 250 per m2. The difference in prices is not great because, as good paving companies say, laying the simplest pattern of granite cubes is an artistic art.

The price for stairs made of cobblestones arranged in patterns with a concrete palisade – oscillate in price from $ 100 to $ 160 per running meter of step.
The price of stairs made of a concrete tread is between $ 65 – 80 per running meter. It is this version that pavers encourage their customers to use. The calculation is simple: Less work + faster execution of the order equals savings for the investor.
In general, concrete stair treads are cheaper and more aesthetic than those made of paving stones.
Laying concrete cubes on the terrace is an average cost of $ 70, plus the cost of paving the stairs, which I mentioned above.
Laying paving stones in the car park and maneuvering area costs $ 60-70 per square meter. Sometimes the paving company adds earthwork done with an excavator. They do it in two ways, they add $ 5-10 to the square meter of the laid cube if the order is large or if the order is smaller, i.e. up to 1000 m2, the paver may propose settlement of the working hours of the backhoe loader.
The rate for an hour of excavator work in Chodzież costs $ 150, and in Poznań you will pay $ 200 for 1 hour of excavator work.

The cobblestone entrance costs between $ 60-85 per square meter of paving stone. In extreme cases, the rate may be higher. For example, if the excavator could not enter the construction site and earthworks would have to be done manually by digging with a spade.
The entrance made of granite cubes costs $ 120-180 per square meter, i.e. at a similar price as the arrangement of a terrace or a larger square in granite cubes. Prices do not differ significantly because the workload is very similar
Granite cube stairs cost $ 80-100 per running meter, if the customer decides to make them of wall granite, if the investor wants to have stairs paved with granite slate or granite cubes, the price may increase by up to 40%.

Probably everyone who collects offers is interested in buying paving stones as cheaply as possible. There are several ways to get a better price than the wholesale or market offers.

Purchase of paving stones in the second second grade. This is a risky option because the cube in the second grade may have hidden defects that will come out during use. For example, a poorly compacted paving stone will flake off even after the first winter. Another example is when the manufacturer uses an unsuitable plasticizer in the production and after a short time white blooms appear, which accompany ordinary masonry mortar.
A thinner cube is cheaper. The total standard of paving stone thickness is 6 cm. It is used both for paving car entrances and for paving sidewalks. Cheaper is paving stones with a thickness of 4 cm. However, it requires a more solid foundation. Is saving 10% on the price worth it? I leave that to your personal judgment.
Cheap paving stones from demolition. Contrary to appearances, such an opportunity is very desirable. I remember queues of people willing to buy a demolition cube when Lidl was replacing the cube in its parking lot in front of the store. It was similar with the PKP or Intermarche car park. Such a cube could be purchased for $5 per meter. It was worn, faded, but it was cheap, and for an informed buyer it could be as good as new.
